Built because privileged data shouldn't need a US mailing address
WizardX is a Toronto-based team building a private, Canada-hosted, end-to-end AI deployment — in-house built transcription and dictation software, secure voice recording, and a private knowledge portal — for professionals who are legally and ethically bound to protect what their clients tell them.
Why we exist
Lawyers, clinicians, and financial advisors already use AI tools to save time — officially or not. The problem is that most of those tools run on shared, US-hosted infrastructure, which puts privileged or confidential client information within reach of a third party and, depending on where the vendor is incorporated, US jurisdiction via the CLOUD Act. We built WizardX so that same productivity doesn't require that tradeoff.
What we run
We deploy the full stack end-to-end: private GPU infrastructure inside a Canadian data centre — not a shared multi-tenant endpoint — running our own in-house built software. That includes transcription and dictation with speaker identification, encrypted voice recording with role-based access, and a private knowledge portal for natural-language search across your practice's documents. Zero customer data is ever used to train a model.
Where we stand today
We're pre-launch and building toward our first customers, based in Toronto, Canada. That means no case studies or customer logos to show yet — we'd rather tell you that plainly than invent them. What you can see is exactly how the infrastructure works, and what it commits to:
